In EMIS, go to appointments, click on the Appointment Config Cog on the top ribbon. Under Organisation Options, select LED Screens. You can either add or edit your name and room number here. You will need to restart EMIS for changes to take affect.
Are you using the MP tray at the front of the printer? You can select the tray in the printer options. If this does not work, contact the management team or look in the ICT folder on Sharepoint for instructions on settings.
